Tips to remember

creating survey forms

Before you start designing your feedback or survey form, here are few tips and tricks to remember:

 

1.     Design your form with 5 (minimum) or 10(maximum) questions.

2.    Use multiple choice questions to receive the accurate feedback. Customers may ignore open ended questions.

 

3.    Ensure that there is at least one open-ended question, so that customers can provide their own explanations / experience / suggestions of what’s good or bad with your product/service.


4.  In order to receive feedback from customers, do not flood customer's inbox with multiple survey emails in a single day. Have patience!

5.  Make sure most of the questions are optional. Don’t force your audience to answer each question if they are not willing to.
